He uses his powers to be a trickster, shapeshifting and casting spells in a way that can disrupt others in non harmful way. Even if not vicious, he takes a lot of joy in combat, using his mastery in swordsmanship to toy with whoever he might be fighting. Though if it is a more serious battle, he won't hesitate to overwhelm them with power and his magic.

Verses

Instead of Yevgeniy being completely untethered, there will be a version of him for most of the verses that he could possibly rp in due to my interests. His powers and history will vary across each different iteration, but his personality will stay mostly the same. The main iteration will be referred to as Prime.For fantasy worlds not listed that don't take place on earth (Most Isekai Fantasy Worlds, DnD like worlds, Etc.) He is either: Inserted in from Prime if a Japan analog doesn't exist in that world, or if one does its just his prime story but melded to fit that Japan analog.

Prime

History (Verses that take place on Earth)
Takeru Yakumo was born in the 6th century CE in what is now known as the Aomori prefecture, Japan to two kitsune parents. His birth was specifically ordained for him to serve as the "Guardian of the North", to spiritually guard the upper reaches of the Shinto realm by Inari.His initial duties were rather simple, and pretty droll, taking the time to train and learn sorcery while trapped by his duties. He became extremely proficient in the usage of mystical arts associated both with his kind and in Japan. When Anti-Yokai sentiments increased alongside general decreases in power of the Emperor in lieu of the rise of Daimyo in the 12th century, led to that era of relative peaceful growth shattering. Luckily due to his divine connection, ability to disguise as a human, and already becoming a Rokubi, Takeru was relatively safe in the start of these turbulent times.With this tide of violence, Takeru became a lot more active in other parts of the islands, both on his own initiative, and from the gods asking him to. Primarily he aided in driving away the Mongols when they attempted to invade the isles, and helped the coalition of mystic users conjure a typhoon to wipe out their fleets. After driving them away, he went back to his usual duties, ignoring how a lot of other yokai decided to supported certain daimyo in order for favors and such at least for now.During the proper start of the Sengoku Jidei, when he finally became a Kyubi and stood among the ranks of the strongest yokai, he gives his support to the Date clan in the north, and to the Oda in the center. Mainly banking on the fact they were both led by innovative leaders. Aside from that he mainly continued with his business in the north. While everyone else was more directly involved in the constant conflict, he crosses over to Hokkaido to help spread Shinto in that region, being used as a vanguard by the pantheon to deal with the local remaining supernaturals that have yet to bend the knee to Amaterasu.Once he was done with Hokkaido, he decided to immediately move north to the island of Karafuto, which is nowadays better known as Sakhalin. He repeated the same process there, helping the fishermen who started settling on the southern tip of the island. After cleaning up the land from anything that could threaten the human settlement, he changed his last name to "Kyūtenkai", reflecting the power he holds both literally and figuratively as a Kyuubi. For a while he became revered almost like a Kami by those who set up shop on Karafuto.For the hundreds of years that the island saw only really fishing related activities, Takeru's focus laid mainly on maintaining Shinto influence on it. He also took that time to serve as a bit of an ambassador to any of the faiths left in that general area, up until the arrival of proper colonization in the region. With Russia taking the north, and Japan taking the south, his direct influence and by extension, Shinto's was cut in half at least for a while. That was until he decided on another diplomatic approach.Due to the relative isolation of the area, as well as the lack of protection they had against supernatural forces, the Russian settlers struck a deal with him to also become their protector, and a sign in honor of that agreement was him changing his first name from Takeru, to Yevgeniy, a roughly equivalent name in Russian.During the turbulent next few centuries, he made himself separate from normal Shinto business, and ensured that peace would remain on the island as long as he resided there. He held out even during the reign of the Soviet Union, still somehow managing to get a nice residence built for himself and maintaining his vast influence over the island. Now nearing the 21st century, that's when he decided to simply keep the island as his 'base' while traveling around the world to do various tasks.

Powers
Elemental: Being a Kyuubi Yevgeniy can control the elements to a near perfect degree. He can also combine/mix them together in any combination he has the imagination and mana to handle. His power over them could be precise enough to spawn shrapnel to shred through targets, and large scale enough to drown out countries in a sea of whatever element he chooses to use. Fire is the element most in tune with his nature, while Void, even with how useful it is, is the most difficult to control. With elemental control it also now extends to the environment, being able to cause natural disasters.Earth (Chi - 地)

Void (Kū - 空)Illusionist: Kitsune, already rather talented at this art, have it taken to the next level when they become Kyubi. Smells, sounds, sight, taste, touch, any sensation a living being can pick up can be brought low with trickery from the high level illusions of a Nine Tail.Shapeshifting: As a Nine Tail, Yevgeniy is able to shapeshift as much as his heart desires, though these days he merely uses it to hide his features if he needs to blend in. He also naturally uses it for trolling. With shapeshifting he can also turn himself into elements.Mind Powers: He can telepathically speak, read minds, as well as mind control those too weak to resist. He uses this ability the least unless he just really needs to deal with a lot of weak opponents and is too lazy to kill them personally.Spatial Manipulation: As a powerful Kyubi, Yevgeniy is capable of spatial manipulation, doing things such as teleportation, and opening up portals to other dimensions. Since he actually appreciates travel, he tends not to use it much unless he is in a fight or really needs to get somewhere quickly.Swordsmanship: With two blades designed with him in mind, Yevgeniy is a rather skilled swordsman, having practiced every art of the blade available since the 5th century. He uses a mix of various styles together, something many other long lived species have done. This specific martial art is called: Yōma Kenpō. Using both his skills and his power he can send slashes through the air. His sword swipes can be skilled and strong enough to clear out heavy cloud cover from an area. His two blades are named:

八大地獄を貫くもの (Hachidai Jigoku o Tsuranuku Mono)Time Manipulation: Very mild control over time, being able to slow or speed up both his own and others. He can rewind time on himself, but can't do it on others because the risk of erasing someone is extremely high, so mainly uses it to heal himself and just uses other magic to heal others.Tenko no Onmikami: He has a near divine physiology, not being quite there, but due to being a long lived nine tail being quite close, and able to beat out lower kami through sheer physical strength alone. His senses are massively enhanced, eyesight that is unimpeded by smokescreens or the lack of light, sense of smell that can beat out polar bears, hearing that could make whispers seem to be a normal tone even from the other end of Sakhalin, and a widely enhanced pallet. His physical form is strong enough that with good build up he can destroy a decent sized mounted with a punch or kick. His speed meanwhile is highly impressive, being able to move beyond mere light.Onmyōdō: Capable of using onmyodo, primarily using it to exorcise spirits, create boundaries, cleanse and protect from curses, and perform diviniation. He prefers not using the latter as much, seeing the art as something cursed due to all the interference it normally runs into.Senjustu and Touki: Ability to power his attacks with his soul/spirit, as well as performing spirit arts. These link directly to his magic.

Touhou Project

HistoryModified Prime world history where he left behind the real world and went to Gensokyo when his existence started wavering on the overworld. Now resides a bit south of the Yokai forest in a manor. The main thing he does these days is serve as a merchant, and leverages his central home location in Gensokyo to deliver products throughout the rest of the land. When asked if he asks any relation to Yukari, since his last name used to be Yakumo, he denies it firmly. Though with both of them having spatial manipulation some still are suspicious.PowersSame powers, though obviously now he can't use them as blatantly, and instead has spell cards.

Arknights

History
Yevgeniy Kyutenkai was born in northern Higashi around 40 years ago, his family tasked with the defense of the north from the demons. He was raised from birth to be a instrument in the never-ending battle against the atrocities, with the role his family plays being experimental, the higher authorities seeing how many traits they can get out of a cauldron of different mixtures.Yevgeniy was simple one of many, born to an Ursa mother and a 9 tail vulpine father. He was raised primarily on using the sword and arts, becoming extremely proficient with both to the point of rivaling others who use the instrument so skillfully, and cast powerful spells. He gained a little experience in the north, before the Higashi government ceased their experiment, leaving his family reeling at the sudden loss of employment.Some of them simply went into other jobs within the government sector, others left, with Yevgeniy specifically going off to join Rhode Island. He serves as a frontline combatant, for that is both the reason he was born, and because he genuinely enjoys combat.

Power
Massively toned down compared to prime, retain strong superhuman physiology, manipulation over fire (and its offshoot of lighting) and wind, as well as mild illusion abilities. Strong enough to split clouds with sword swipes or make them outright go away, but very much not utterly top tier considering others performed the same feat. Top speed is Mach 1.5, ways away from the fastest in the verse but still respectable. For a large cost of Arts, he can mildly shapeshift, only able to get rid of his tail, or turning some parts of his body into fire or lighting.

Genshin Impact

History
Yevgeniy is a Sky Kitsune that up until recently has been living in relative seclusion aside from being a little bit of a prankster and novelist, being a 500 year old Go-bi no Kitsune. He only recently became active when the nation's trade was shut down and the vision hunt decree was issued. He himself is in possession of a pyro vision, using it to aid in his own trickery like manipulating temperature to create mirages and the like.He decided to help people a little bit in the background circumvent the decree either by escaping the island or giving them a hiding place in his dwelling. He also started going out more, using the Fatui, Ronin, and monsters dotted around the island as Wet Stones to sharpen his skills with the sword further.The primary type of literature he is prone to penning is that having to do with combat and romance, having been a bit inspired by the wuxia genre of Liyue writing circles. His current project is one based on some monkey yokai traveling from the east to the west in ancient Liyue back when the gods were still battling.

Power
Yevgeniy is in possession of a pyro vision, and uses it to massive effect. He is able to create illusions, turn himself into fire and travel as flames, create explosives, and use pyro to enhance his preexisting spells. He can also shapeshift as a kitsune naturally. Yevgeniy is also one that has practiced the sword, often breaking his isolation to go out and fight interesting opponents. His current goal is to have a nice spar with the Shogun, though he doesn't see it happening any time soon.

Zenless Zone Zero

History
Yevgeniy Kyutenkai is a middle aged Fox Thieren in charge of the Tenken Ryōiki Corporation (TRC), a bladed weapon manufacturer that resides in New Eridu and provides a variety of clients with a multitude of options to choose from. From the government to individual hollow raiders, the TRC doesn't discriminate as long as proper paperwork and licensing is provided. Yevgeniy and others in the TRC with high ether ability also serve as legally permitted Hollow Raiders, using that as an opportunity to test weapons and gather resources in Hollows. He also leads an initiative in recovering long lost schematics for weapons and armor, sharing them with the other weapon manufactures due to an agreement they all drew up long ago.

Powers
Yevgeniy's swords are strongly imbued with fire, all while he himself is rather physically strong, talented, and experienced. He also naturally has very high ether aptitude to be able to be an official Hollow Raider. He still believes himself to be less powerful than fellow Fox Thieren Hoshimi Miyabi however."There is a reason why she is the one with the grand title, and I only run a company that makes weapons"

Type Moon

History
Same as Prime History, but now is mainly just hunkered down in Sakhalin instead of going around mucking about. Can serve as a master in the grand order timeline, because humanity getting reset/the earth getting bleached is very not Cash Money. Aside from that, tries to avoid the Moonlit World unless someone visits him directly.

PowersSame as base, just more fitting to the Nasuverse. He is considered a Phantasmal Beast in a way.
